  • Are there any age restrictions?

    We accept flyers aged ten and over. Passengers will be sitting alongside the pilot, within arm’s reach of the controls, so young flyers must understand they are not allowed to touch the control panel.


    Additionally, we can only take two passengers at a time, so anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for safety and supervision reasons.

  • What if the weather is bad?

    If the weather looks unfavourable, we can change our route to avoid strong winds. However, if there are unavoidable winds or rain, you can reschedule your tour or cancel with a full refund.

  • Where do I go for the flight?

    Our helicopter is hangered at Jurien Bay Airport, so this is where we’ll meet, or we can arrange a hotel pick up / drop off. When you book, you’ll receive a confirmation which includes location information.



  • Can I book a flight longer than 20 minutes?

    We may be able to arrange a personalised package that exceeds our usual 20-minute limit. Simply contact us directly for specialised pricing.

  • Can you pick me up or drop me off at a specific location?

    Unfortunately, our aircraft isn’t available for use as a transport helicopter. All tours start and end at Jurien Bay Airport.

  • What should I bring?

    Most people just bring a bottle of water a camera / smart phone and a cap for sun protection. Just remember that our aircraft is open (meaning it has no doors), so whatever you bring, you’ll need to hold on to it tightly. 

  • What if I feel sick on the flight?

    The flight will be very smooth and it’s unlikely that we’ll experience turbulence (we specifically track the weather to avoid it). However, if you’re prone to motion-sickness, you might like to take a travel-sickness tablet before we fly. If you feel especially unwell, we can end the flight early at any time, however, you’ll still pay for the full package.

  • Can I secure my flight with a deposit and pay the rest onsite?

    No, we require the full amount to be paid online, at the time of booking, to secure your flight. This will be $240 for two passengers for a ten-minute flight or $400 for two passengers for a 20-minute flight.
